Several top political leaders from The Bay Islands and the mainland where heard on the show in pre-recorded, exclusive interviews. They shared their thoughts on the two new agreements (official ratification of the new Free Zone agreement signed by the President Mel Zelaya, and the ground breaking of the construction for the new Royal Caribbean Cruiseline dock and community) that were signed the day before at Coral Cay.

7th - Commissario Carlos Mejia, Julio Benitez and the new (returning) National Tourist Police chief Jaime Barahona were on the show to discuss their future plans that will continue to keep the Bay Islands the safest place in the region to live.

6th - Lawyer Italo Tugiani, Governor Arlie Thompson, Mayor Dale Jackson and Congressman Jerry Hynds all were heard on the show with pre-recorded interviews discussing the new Free Trade Law agreement.

5th - Bernadette Ebanks and Dr. Juan Carlos Espinal came on the show to discuss the problems still facing the Roatan Public Hospital.

13 th - Peggy Ditchfield - A teacher from Ontario, Canada who is here giving teaching seminars to local teachers.

8th - Firemen Juan Carlos Bravo and Ross Pruit from the Broward County Sherriff's Office, Department of Fire Rescue, came down for a week of training and contributing equipment to our local Roatan firemen.

Singer Kristen Diable from NYC came on the show to speak about singing career and her appearance at land's End in The West End.

7th - Police Commissario Julio Benitez came on the show to talk about the successes the police are having with cummunity groups to keep the crime rate way down.

8th - RECO General manager Clint Bodden discussed the recent deisel shortage causing several nights of blackouts.

Friday, July 28th - The Congressman Jerry Hynds came on the last show at Magic. He spent an hour with me discussing any and all issues. He pledges to come back soon, even as soon as the first week at the new station.

Tuesday, July 25th - HIV and AIDS community activist Valerie Nelson and several others came on the show to talk about recent advances and changes in the battle against HIV/Aids. On the show for the first time were two island women who were HIV positive. Annie Kay and Sheila shared their story with us. Also on the show was Ed and Maria Carson from Edmonton, Alberta here from an organization called Change for Children. Tuesday July 25th, 2006 36 minutes.
Monday July 17th - Alton Cooper, the Mayor of Utila will discuss the upcoming Utila Carnival coming up at the end of the month.
Friday July 14th - Arlie Thompson, the new Governor of the Bay Islands.

11th - An interview with the 16 Cuban Boat Refugees that landed at Palmetto Bay Plantation on July 5th after a 10 day trip on a hand made boat made out of hammered steel drums. Don't miss this interview in the archives.

22nd - Pilot Gil Garcia from Roatan Air Services was on the show to talk about the air and flying services he offers from Roatan to the states.

The new Minister of Tourism, Ricardo Martinez was the first Honduran Minister to do a show "live" in studio. He talked about any and all subjects asked of him.
June 21st - Dr. Santiago Soto -New Veterinarian to the island, will be on the show to discuss his experience and plans for working on the island.

June 16th - Clint Bodden, former General manager of RECO discussed the agreement reached by community groups that prevented further road blocks.
June 13th - Rich Wilson from ICRANMAR is again on Roatan to give a great two day seminar on Roatan for the reef conservation at the Mayan Princess Resort in West Bay Beach on Thursday, June 15th and Friday, June 16th from 9 to 5 both days.
Also on the show was Miss Deborah Prieskop, the woman responsible for starting the island first Steel Drum Band. She is opening classes to new students on Monday, June 19th.

6th - The departing National Tourist Police Chief Jaime Barahona came on the show to introduce the new National Tourist Police Chief Andres Funez Espinosa.

Wednesday, January 25th - The new Congressman of The Bay Islands, Jerry Hynds, the new Mayor of Roatan, Dale Jackson and the new Mayor of The Jose San Guardiola District, Perry Bodden, all give pre-recorded statements about their new positions and what the public can expect from them in the first few weeks.

Also, Dr. Zeni Duarte and two visiting Pediatric doctors from the United States explaining their work ensuring as many school kids as possible with learning disorders are examined.

Tuesday, January 17th, Boud Heilijgers, a successful businessman from Holland will be on the show to discuss the current European economy and the Euro.
On Wednesday, January 11th, James Carlton Woods, a 33 year old native of Roatan, an internationally known volleyball player who has played around the world representing Honduras was on the show. Don't miss this incredible interview.
On Tuesday, January 3rd, "Ben" was a visitor from Minnesota who was on the island taking a much needed vacation after working as a construction worker in the hurricane ravaged areas on the Mississippi and Louisiana border. He talked about what it was really like and the current conditions in the hurricane area.

28th - Congressman Evans Mc Nab - the current Congressman of the Bay Islands was on to discuss the last four years as the most powerful political office holder in the Bay Islands. His term ended January 27.
21st - Don Julio Galindo - discussed his run for political office and his observations about the election process and what he would like to see as part of the new Mayoral agenda. Soon to be available in the archives!
20th - Valerie Nelson - from Familias Saludables, the HIV/AIDS local agency that has tested and educated thousands of islanders of Roatan.

13th - Leslie Pujolz Brown - the promoter of the Bay Islands International Triathlon to be held on Saturday, March 25th. 5th - Rich Wilson and Alejandro Parades. Roatan has been selected as one of the three pilot sites for the ICRAN MAR Sustainable tourism component in Mesoamerica. They are having workshops in these locations to engage the marine recreation industry and the community in general so they can start develop environmental and safety standards that will help improve conditions on the reef.
